Erin O. Anderson is a music business professional with 15 years of experience, professor of entrepreneurship, artist manager, business owner, mentor, and volunteer. In addition to running ASMR Records and Olivia Management, she spends her time teaching and mentoring those around her in the space of entrepreneurship.
Erin has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Music Business and Entrepreneurship since 2010 at Belmont University.
Erin received her MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Strategy and her BA from Belmont University with double major in Entrepreneurship and Music Business and a minor in Accounting.
Since founding Olivia Management in 2012, Erin has grown the company to three staff, five management clients, and a consulting business that is helping ten to fifteen clients at any given time. She led former clients The Secret Sisters to a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album in 2018, and Amanda Shires to an Americana Awards nomination and win for Best Emerging Artist in 2017.
Before starting Olivia Management, Erin worked as a product manager in Seattle at Amazon Music focused on developing international Artist Stores and Artist Relations for the online retail giant. Additionally, her career started at Universal Music Group in their shared services department, assisting with artist royalties, artist contracts, and new media budgets.
Erin was named a finalist in the Chamber of Commerce's Nashville Emerging Leader Award in Entertainment both in 2016 and 2018. She volunteers to teach entrepreneurship to female inmates through the BEST program, is the faculty advisor for Belmont University’s Music Row Promo club (previously CMAedu), and served as the music coordinator for TEDx Nashville for three years.
